I have reconfirmed from Rashtra Pati Bhawan. They would be ready to receive the medals on 12 April at 1530 hours as we have requested. The President would reportedly be out of town. Based on my specific query they confirmed that she has been informed of the 12 April depositing of medals.
Delhi Police has been sensitized to the need for security in view of the prevailing scenario. I have assured them the participants would fully cooperate in enforcing security measures.
