2. We are in touch with GOC 14 Corps and GOC 3 Inf Div. Draft of Rupees One Lac is being dispatched to HQ 14 Corps as first installment of amount collected by IESM towards Leh Relief.
3. All ESM are requested to donate generously towards this noble cause. ESM are requested to motivate other segments of society and corporate for contributions. We have duty towards other fellow beings. Soldier knows it the best. Let us all join to provide succour to the Leh Victims.
