On behalf of the IESM, it is my pleasure to welcome you into the folds of this federation of various Ex Servicemen (ESM) organisations. As you would be aware, we are involved in an holistic approach to the problems of the ESM and have recently raised different subject-specific cells to deal with the subject. Our current focus however, remains on getting our just demand for 'one rank one pension' accepted by the govenment.
We will be very happy if you accept our request to function as a convener for UK ESM.
